Please have your babies updated on their Bordetella, Distemper and Rabies shots before scheduling their appointment as this ensures the safety of our staff and other dogs. We do require proof of shots so please have them ready by your appointment time.
If your dog is medically unable to receive any of these shots please let us know.
During the warm seasons keeping your baby on a flea and tick prevention will help avoid the groom being cancelled due to an infestation, as this effects the other clients scheduled for that day as well.
We do charge to remove large matted areas even if we have to conduct a shave down. Please understand the process of mat removal takes extra time and can damage blades and shears easily resulting in more frequent maintenance on equipment. Keeping your dog on a grooming schedule can help prevent severe matting.
PLEASE SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME
We do charge a $25 fee for cancelling too late or not showing before rescheduling. If you need to cancel please do so within 48 hrs. or sooner prior to your scheduled time.
If running late, we do offer a 30 minute grace period to arrive.
